Bryanna,
on the FoodFight! site, at the bottom of the page in capitals it says it is Canada! I looked but I couldn't find a source; but I'm not very good at searches.
Mimi, does it taste like regular whipped cream in a can? I don't know if I really remember what the regular tastes like, but I'm so curious now. It was a staple on Thanksgiving; it would be nice to offer it again!

I'm not seeing that about Canada-- am I on the right page?

It definitely tastes like the real thing! However, like whip cream, it doesn't hold it's shape for too long, so if you want it to have the fancy "swirl," you need to put it on your dessert just prior to serving. Just got an e-mail from Ceres Organics. They said that the product is in all the distributors' warehouses but in order for it to get on the shelves, individual stores need to place an order for it. So start bombarding your Whole Foods, etc. to bring it in!

Bryanna, yes, it's there. It looks like this:
***NOTE: THE CAN SAYS IT IS A REFRIGERATED PRODUCT, THAT IS ONLY A REQUIRED NOTE UNTIL THEY FINISH LICENSING OR SOMETHING, THE EXACT PRODUCT IS SOLD IN CANADA AND EUROPE AS SHELF STABLE FOR 1 YEAR. WE'D PUT IT IN THE FRIDGE AFTER OPENING IT, BUT...***
Ooh, thanks Mimi! I'll let both the WF near me know!
