I finally made this pancake again. I ended up using skillet on top of gas burner. My griddle won't heat up high and the pancake was pale. It works great on the skillet. The pancake fluff up and browned. I think this pancake requires to be cooked in a higher heat than my griddle. It also needs a quick cooking.
They are delicious! I like it better than regular pancakes. I used soft wheat berries.
