Hi Bryanna,

I made your agar fruit jell yesterday and it was delicious. I was wondering if it would work with bottled pineapple juice or bottled lemonade? Are those juices too acidic for the agar to jell? Trader Joes has a fabulous selection of fruit juices that all sound so good for it, but I was wondering if I have to worry about the acid in the juices.

They might require more agar because of the acid-- it's worth experimenting!
