Brown Rice and Quinoa Sushi salad

This is the first I tried from the newsletter. It is VERY easy and delicious. We had it for dinner with seasoned nori. I also made grilled wasabi teriyaki tofu and stir fried mixed vegetables with dashes of sesame oil and gomasio. It was a yummy sort of a Japanese dinner. Julie, you might like this one.

It is pretty filling since I think quinoa is filling. We could not finish the whole recipe.

Glad you liked it, Debbie. When I tried it the first time, with my usual amount of seasoning, it was kind of bland, so I upped the vinegar, etc. The addition of the quinoa seemed to make it need more seasoning.
