Wow, this is awesome! And exactly what I needed, as I'm working on a pie cookbook. These recipes look so inspired and delicious. Thanks for continuing your newsletters!

I have some time this afternoon, so I'm off to the kitchen to try a couple (the muffins and the chevre spread). Yummy!
I actually have the majority of ingredients already in my house for this batch of recipes. Yeah! -a few too many runs to Bob's Red Mill : )
