Hi Bryanna,
I have been trying to find the nutritional data for this but could not find any except from the bag.
Do you think it is considered the same as brown rice or glutinous white rice?
I made my pagoda pockets with sweet brown rice and reduced the fat, wrapped in bamboo leaves. It is still delicious!
