Have you used these functions? I just did yesterday, to track my calories, fat and points. Very enlightening! ---------- "To look like a goddess, eat like a peasant." Karen Andres

Hi Bryanna,
Thanks, I will try to use it. I was still trying to figure out entering a new 'Ingredient' in the Liv. Cookbook. There are no yuba, nutritional yeast, vegetarian chicken broth powder, etc. Do you have to add those ingredients? I got the yuba(the dry ones) nutrition facts from the plastic bag but for nutritional yeast and veg chicken broth powder I usually got it from bulk bin. ---------- Debbie

Hi Bryanna,
Thanks very much! I was surprised of the amount of FAT in the yuba. It is the same amount of fat in the packaged yuba that I bought. I am very disappointed since I am using it to make veggie fish, wrapped in nori. I was wondering how could it be so fatty since it is dry and not oily at all.
