Bryanna,
I made you Black-eye pea and Veggie Sausage soup for the New Year. It was a hit. I served it at my sister's house and my brother-in-law loved it. He said 'You are going to make a vegetarian out of me'. He had 2 bowls.

I also had terrific success with this recipe! My comments are in the original thread requesting a New Year's black-eyed peas recipe.
