I finally have a bryanna book! :)

I recieved my first copy of a Bryanna Grogan book yesterday (Authentic Chinese Cuisine). So far the recipes sounds great & I cant wait to try them.

I notice alot of reference in the book to using canned mock duck. Can this be made at home? If there is a recipe in here I just havent seen yet im sorry im still reading it & def am not even half way through it.

I haven't tried to make anything like it because it's pretty unique, especially in flavor. You could use seitan instead, although it won't be quite the same. Hope you enjoy the recipes!
