Bryanna,

Please let us know your recipe for smoking. I like the tea smoked tofu but Mitchell is not crazy about it. I think if I use other smoking method, maybe with other kind of wood chips, he may like the flavor. Are you using wood chips or tea? Please share the recipes with us. Maybe in the next newsletter?

yes, you use wood chips in the smoker-- just a couple of tablespoons per batch. I haven't made anything worthy of a recipe yet-- I cut the mushrooms into quarters, salted them lightly and spread them on the rack-- smoked them for 12 minutes and let them cool in the smoker. i smoked the "bavarian sausages" for 15 minutes.

But I'll be posting some things as i progress!
