Since you are using sweet potato, does it come out orange or yellow?
That's great! I am glad you enjoy your bread machine. When I used the dough cycle, I also don't rise the dough in the fridge for 8 hours. I made Bryanna's Jiffy hamburger buns several times this way. My husband said that it is the best burger buns and it is really easy to make. No more flat dough for me so I enjoy bread baking now.
You can try the cinnamon rolls now! :-) The pumpkin cinnamon rolls(in the newsletter) are so yummy! I still have some in the freezer.

Debbie,
The color is kind of yellowish orange. It's very pretty. My kids have totally flipped for this bread. They wanted French toast for breakfast and peanut butter and jelly on it for lunch.
I'm going to try the pumpkin cinnamon rolls this weekend. I LOVE the Zojirushi bread machine!
