Bryanna,
Which of your recipes would be best for a soft pull-apart breakfast roll? I want to make the pumpkin rolls, but I don't have a bread machine. (Though, I am considering getting one! There are a lot of good-looking bread machine recipes from you I haven't been able to try) I've seen a lot online, but they call for using those frozen bread loaf doughs (like Pillsbury) or frozen biscuit/roll doughs in cans. I know the method of placing them close together in the pan is the way you get "pull-apart" buns, but what recipe to use?
Thanks!

Linda, you can make any of the bread machine recipes kneading by hand or with dough hook and just rising as usual (except dissolve the yeast in some of the liquid first and use warm liquid). The dough for the pumpkin cinnamon rolls would probably be nice. A potato dough makes a nice roll, too. You could use the fat-free sweet yeast dough and use 1/2 whole wheat flour, too. ---------- "To look like a goddess, eat like a peasant." Karen Andres
