Bryanna,
We like this one better than the mung bean korean pancakes. It is sort of like hash brown. Mitchell loves it, of course. You are right that it is delish! It is also dangerous since it is the kind of food that makes you want more (the mouth wants more but the stomach said it has had enough, sort of like that). :-)
You probably cook yours in your Hamilton Beach indoor griller/sandwich maker. That would be great because it will be lower fat but taste good and crispy.
I want to get that indoor griller, too. Another appliance to own! :-) ---------- Debbie

BTW, Bryanna, how do I reheat the cooked pancakes for tonight (leftover)?
Also, I was wondering if I can use frozen shredded potato (hashbrown) 1 lb package for this recipe?

I thought of trying this with frozen hashb rowns, but didn't have any on the island-- let me know if it works! It might not be "juicy" enough. As for reheating, I put them in the oven for a few minutes-- a toaster oven would work. ---------- "To look like a goddess, eat like a peasant." Karen Andres
