I made these this morning and loved it. My husband ate 2. They are pretty big and not too sweet. I love the pumpkin filling. I did add 1/4 each of nutmeg, clove, and ginger to the filling on top of cinnamon. I would have to freeze them since only 2 of us need to finish it.
The only thing was that I started at 7:30 a.m. (getting up late on Sunday) and the roll didn't finish until 11 a.m.
Bryanna, I was wondering if I can prepare the dough ingredients in the ABM compartment and set my timer to start at 6 a.m. As long as the yeast doesn't touch the liquid, this should work right?
Julie, if that method above work, that's a good reason to have an ABM. To start the bread dough before you wake up. I also like to make my seitan in my Kitchen Aid mixer and my bread dough in my ABM. That way I can do 2 things at the same time.

yes, debbie, you can do that. or, you can make the dough, rise and shape the rolls the evening before and let them rise, WELL-covered, in the fridge overnight, and bake first thing in the morning! ---------- "To look like a goddess, eat like a peasant." Karen Andres
