Made my reservations for this conference yesterday! Can't wait to meet you in person Bryanna!! I figured since this was the first time I'm aware of that you've been east of the Mississippi, I better make GOOD use of this opportunity!! I cannot imagine the luxury of going to a 2 day conference and NOT having to lug along an bunch of food!!
Besides meeting you and seeing you in action (the whole reason I'm attending!), I'm looking forward to meeting Ron Pickarski. I have 2 of his cookbooks (don't use them too often ... most recipes are VERY involved, but very good).
Aside from you and him, I am not familiar w/ any of the other speakers.
My mom will also be attending w/ me. She first instilled my love of cooking, and since I've been vegan, she has been eating more and more vegan as I keep sending her all the great recipes I come across!
