Oh, wow-wow. This is Soooo yummy and it's a freebie!
I loved the way this looked before blending so served it both ways :D My guest said it is the best mushroom soup/bisque he's ever had! I agree.
When I smelled this cooking, it brought one of those long-ago memories from childhood that I couldn't even pinpoint...it was a nice feeling.
