Of course, I can't wait to take a peek. :-) Yum! I can't wait for the Bisteeya (Morrocan pastry). I was looking for this recipe a long time ago but I was looking for the recipe with the name 'Bastilla'. There is a Moroccan restaurant that we went to and served vegetarian dishes. One of the item is Bastilla which is phyllo dough filled with scrumptious morsels and topped with powdered sugar and cinnamon. I think this is what you displayed as Bisteeya. I think it is the same thing.
Dulce De Leche cheezecake looks good too. I haven't really tried the dulce de leche anything from the last newsletter.
No picture of the Korean potato pancake but I can imagine that it will be good. Singapore Noodles looks good!
