Hi Bryanna,
I was looking at your recipe for Key Lime Pie, and noticed that you call for 3/8 tsp agar powder. How much is 3/8 tsp?
Thanks!

Julie, when I made it I just used a 1/2 tsp measure and didn't quite fill it up. I don't think most people have a measuring spoon this small.

I use a 1/4 tsp. measuring spoon, plus half that again. ---------- "To look like a goddess, eat like a peasant." Karen Andres

Thanks so much! I will keep this in my files. So basically, if I use my 1/4 tsp measure plus my 1/8 tsp measure, I'm in business?

Hi, Julie!
You would just use your 1/8 teaspoon, three times. But, yes, your 1/4 tsp + 1/8 tsp will work too. :)
