Tried both these recipes from "Nonna's Italian Kitchen" and loved them both. I know they're not meant to be eaten together, but the garlic spread tasted so good, and the foccacia was so warm and delicious I just had to try them both together! Yummy! :) ---------- Val

Val, that foccacia is yummy, but I defy you or anyone to make a better foccacia than Bryanna's in the Vol. #2, Issue #2 Oct./Nov. 2004 of Vegan Feast! This is *the ultimate foccacia! Try it. It's the only one I will ever make! I've done so many things with it: used it as she has it there, used as a pizza crust, appetizer, in place of Italian or French bread, etc., topped it with any and every thing! But it is SO good by itself. One of Bryanna's best.

Ok Linda, you've got me curious about the Foccacia in the newsletter. I thought the one in Bryanna's Italian cookbook was delicious, but I will try the other recipe this weekend. Thanks! ---------- Val
