Hi,
does anyone know of a source of nutritional yeast,not brewer's yeast or engevita yeast, in the UK?
Apparently, the commonly known, Marigold Engevita yeast,is brewer's yeast and does not contain the desirable B-12.
Any source of (B-12 fortified) true Nutritional Yeast in the UK??
