How did the cooking demos go in Vancouver? I really wanted to come, it just didn't work out last weekend.

Hope it went great!

It went okay. I only had 45 minutes per workshop, which isn't very long. In the last one, the tofu 101 workshop, the electrical set-up didn't work, so I couldn't use the blender or food processor! Luckily, I had done some pudding and 'sour creme' ahead of time! And, luckily, the stove was gas! But, I just let that go and went on to the next thing! There was lots to taste, and people seemed happy.

I got to meet T. Colin Campbell again, and have him autograph my copy of his book!

Oh, gosh, Bryanna! I would have panicked, lol.
Forty-five minutes isn't long enough either.

But I'm glad it went reasonably well!
