Hi Bryanna,
I DID it! It was GREAT! Yes, the mixture was glued together and burnt black. Ha ha...I was going to save it. This is the first time I smoke anything. I am not sure if I did it perfectly. My wok is not that tight so some smoke escaped from it no matter what I did trying to block it.
The result is great. The smoked tofu produced some water after they were smoked. I just threw the water away.
I was in the same thinking with Linda. What else can I smoke? Mushrooms will be wonderful, I think. Other vegetables? Seitan, too?

Yes, I've been meaning to try seitan. I understand you can brine and smoke tempeh the same way as tofu.
Shiitake mushrooms were great smoked! Delish! Other things I'm meaning to try-- tomatoes, eggplant. ---------- "To look like a goddess, eat like a peasant." Karen Andres
