Bryanna, I have frozen you pizza dough before by spreading it out on a pan so that it is all ready to top, but can I freeze it in a ball? Then I guess I could defrost it in the refrigerator or even on the counter? What do you think? Also, how long can I keep the dough in the refrigerator before I use it? Thanks~ Silvia

You can keep the dough in the fridge for about 24 hours; then the yeast starts losing power.
I freeze the dough flattened out because it thaws faster that way, but you can do it either way. I just thaw it on the counter. ---------- "To look like a goddess, eat like a peasant." Karen Andres
