Thanks for that, Bryanna! I'm so glad you made the point about whole foods being different from excessive consumption/use of supplements such as Isolated soy protein and other sources of concentrated soys.
I think people can get carried away with these highly-processed foods -- I know I sure did!

My mom always said, "Anything in excess is bad"; and "MOST anything in moderation is fine." :D!!

I thought non-vegetarians or lacto-vegetarians might be interested in all the estrogen they are ingesting in meat and dairy, too!
