I am going to try to imitate this Pasta Dish that I saw at Whole Foods Market. It was Whole Wheat Spaghetti with Garlic and Oil (and I think green onions and/or parsley). I have made Pasta with Garlic and Oil before but since this is a COLD dish I am wondering if I need to cook the garlic in the oil first, like when I make the hot dish, or just add the garlic and oil cold, to the cooked pasta. What do you think?
Peace~

It depends on how strong you like the garlic flavor. You can use lots of sauteed garlic, because it mellows out and gets kind of sweet and nutty, whereas the raw garlic is stronger and sharper.
