We enjoyed a great BBQ yesterday. I made Ginger 'Pork' Burgers, Island BBQ sauce, and Fluffy but High-Fiber burger buns from last year 4th of July recipes. They are yummy! I can't believe I was able to make the burger buns. That's the first for me. I used my bread machine to prepare the dough. The burgers were EXCELLENT!
I also tried the 'Sausage' Hash Brown Casserole from the new newsletter. YUMMY!
